You don't want the flu...stop using soap!? Crazy, right? This flu season is serious. It's widespread in almost every state. Some of the 'odd' places you shouldn't touch if you want to avoid the flu germs:

    1. Soap in public bathrooms. 1 in 4 of those dispensers are covered in bacteria. YUCK!
    2. Subway turnstiles and bus ticket machines. They usually aren't disinfected on a regular basis.
    3. Office Coffee/Water Stations. Germs like hard surfaces.
    4. Salt and pepper shakers. All shakers tested were covered in germs.
    5. Exercise equipment. Carry sanitizer!

We can't live in a corner covered in bubble wrap drinking tea…SO what are you doing to stay healthy? Share your tips and prayerfully we'll stay flu-free this season!!
